| Admissions Information for the 2010 - 2011 School Year* |
Students currently in grades 6 and 8 seeking admission to CBA for the 2010 - 2011 school year are advised to visit the school during the annual Open House on the last Sunday of October. The Open House is held from 1-3 p.m. and provides a wonderful opportunity for prospective students and their families to visit the school and ask lots of questions. Applicants may pre-register for the Entrance Exam at the Open House.
Entrance/Scholarship Exam
The Entrance/Scholarship Exam is a standardized test that is a major factor in
determining acceptance to CBA for students entering grades 7 and 9. The Entrance
Exam is offered on two Saturdays in November each fall. Applicants are encouraged to pre-register
for the exam at the Open House or by contacting the Main Office.
Thefour-hour exam begins promptly at 8:00 and a $20 fee is required. Taking
the exam does not guarantee acceptance to CBA.
Visiting CBA
After acceptance to CBA, faculty, staff and current students are able to host
applicants during selected school days. Visitation procedures and dates are discussed
in the acceptance letter.
