The tuition for the school year is determined by the CBA Board of Trustees in February of each year. There is no tuition discount for additional children at CBA. Families with multiple children at CBA are strongly encouraged to apply for financial assistance.

Tuition Payment Programs

The INTUITION payment plan offered in 2006-07 has merged with SMART Tuition.
Existing payment plans will roll over to the new year. However, due to the merger , there will be some changes effective for the 2007-08 school year.
A letter about these changes was sent to each family in May 07. Changes are as follows:

Payment Options

AUTOMATIC DEBIT account (Checking, Savings or Credit/Debits cards) payments will no longer have the option of the 30th of the month as a debit date. Those accounts will now be debited on the 25th of the month. Accounts that have the 1st or the 15th as a debit date will not change. COUPON (mail in-pay by check) payments will not change. P ayments are still due on the10th of the month.

Payment Plans

ONE Month: Due in JULY-Pay in Full, will not change.

TWO Month: (Semi Annual) will be due in SEPTEMBER and JANUARY
All other Two Month plans will be discontinued.

FOUR Month: Due in JULY, NOVEMBER, JANUARY, APRIL, will not change.

TEN Month: Due each month from JULY to APRIL.

Late Fees

A LATE FEE of $ will be charged by SMART after the 10 day grace period elapses.
CBA is unable to waive LATE FEES, as these fees are charged by the tuition company.
