Music Theory is an elective course designed for students seeking a more comprehensive understanding of how musical sounds are represented on paper through the use of graphic symbols and the basic ways in which they relate to each other in music composition. Students will have the ability to compose their own compositions using traditional and electronic methods of notation and sequencing.
