CBA Announces Five NCAA Division I Commitments

CBA celebrated National Letter of Intent Day in a big way as five student-athletes made commitments to some of the nation’s most competitive NCAA Division I programs. The seniors publicly signed their letters in a packed De La Salle Hall surrounded by family, friends, and press.

Ben Barrett, a Manlius resident, has made a commitment to Syracuse University to play football.

Aaron Benedict, a Cazenovia resident, has made a commitment to Cornell University to wrestle.

Cameron MacPherson, a Syracuse resident, has made a commitment to Georgetown University to play football.

Jon McGriff, a Syracuse resident, has made a commitment to the University at Albany to play football.

Michelle Wiese, a Fayetteville resident, has made a commitment to Villanova University to play soccer.

It was a special day for all as students recognized their families, coaches, and the CBA community that have helped mold them into the young adults they are today. While the students took time to reflect and give thanks, they also shared their excitement about the future.
