CBA parent Camille Hill of LaFayette, NY is the winner of the school’s 28thAnnual Corvette Raffle, sponsored by East Syracuse Chevrolet and bannerenvy.com.
Hill’s winning ticket number was 027977. The second prize winner of $1,000 was Marty McClain of Syracuse (ticket number 014038). Winning third prize of $500 was Robert Borchik of Henderson, NV. Ticket number 260962.
The names were drawn by President Br. Joseph Jozwiak, FSC at an assembly in the Lynch Gymnasium on Friday, Jan. 11. Also on hand was Town of Dewitt Police Sergeant Jerry Pace.
Proceeds from the raffle help to benefit the Financial Aid and Scholarship programs at CBA.
“This is our 28thannual corvette raffle drawing and once again, it has been a success,” Brother Jozwiak said. “People not only in New York State and Central New York support this raffle, but from all over the country. For that, we are so grateful.
“Since we began this raffle twenty-eight years ago, over $4 million dollars has been raised to help provide tuition to students in need,” Brother Jozwiak added. “We thank everyone for their continued support throughout the years.”
Hill, whose son Michael is a junior at CBA, can choose between the 2019 Corvette Stingrayor $40,000. Brother Jozwiak tried contacting Hill at her home, but reached her husband instead.
