The two-day adventure included a visit to the Gettysburg Welcome Center, a cemetery walk, and a tour of the Gettysburg Museum. Other highlights included a ghost tour of the village and a chance to re-enact Pickett's Charge on the battlefield. A few hours of games, go-carts and shopping rounded out the trip.
This is the 22nd annual trip led by CBA social studies teacher Laurine Feldmeth. The trip is a compliment to the 8th grade U.S. history curriculum.
