On Saturday, Dec. 17, the Science Olympiad teams, which consists of an A and B squad, finished third overall at the Fayetteville-Manlius competition. It was the first time that the teams placed in the overall competition.
The A team is comprised of veteran student competitors, while the B team has many new faces.
Here are the results of the competitions (only 1st-3rd are given medals).

The team will next compete at the Regional competition, which will be held at Le Moyne College on Jan. 28.
