Speidel, who is the son of Keith Speidel and Ann Fondi of Manlius, will be attending University of Pennsylvania and will be majoring in International Relations/Economics. He will also be a member of the Quaker swim team. Speidel is a National Merit Finalist and a 2013 U.S. Presidential Scholar semifinalist.

Perkins, the son of Jeff and Margaret Perkins of Tully, will be attending Columbia University to study Biomedical Engineering. Perkins is a National Merit Commended Student.
