
Wleklinski ’75 Inducted Into Greater Syracuse Sports Hall Of Fame
Family, friends, alumni, administrators and staff, along with current players gathered at the OnCenter on Monday night, as CBA Director of Athletics and boys basketball coach John “Buddy” Wleklinski ’75 was inducted into the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame.
Founded in 1986, the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame is the community’s way of recognizing and paying tribute to Central New Yorkers who have made significant contributions to the world of sports. The Hall of Fame currently has 224 inductees. Wleklinski becomes the 26th member (25 individuals, one team) of the CBA athletics family inducted into the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame.
